Multi Stage Displacement Cylinders

Over the past two years Wrayram Engineers have been developing a standard range of multi stage displacement tipping cylinders for use on small to medium size tipping vehicles. The standard range of cylinders can be supplied from stock. This range is constantly growing and the basic design can be used for many types of applications.

All cylinders are manufactured with high quality smooth bore tube and treated with a NITROTEC finish. The NITROTEC treatment transforms the outer layer of the tube; this gives the surface a black appearance and prolongs the working life of the cylinder.

Cylinders also include the following features:-

1. Polyurethane rod seals are fitted to all stages for prolonged cylinder life.
2. Bearing rings are fitted to the top and bottom of each stage. This gives maximum support at all times, as well as extending the working life of the cylinder.
3. Each stage when closing is being wiped with a special wiper ring which was designed specifically to keep out the maximum amount of contamination.
4. The units are completely serviceable and all parts are in stock at Wrayram.
